01The idea
Brampton throws beautiful parties. It deserved a room to match.
For years, hosting 80 people here meant choosing between a banquet hall built for 300 and a community centre with fluorescent lights. Both wrong, in opposite directions.
The Laurel Room is the missing middle: 2,000 square feet of warm wood, alabaster walls, and a fairy-light canopy under an 18-foot ceiling, sized for the celebrations families actually have.

BYOC means exactly what it sounds like: bring the caterer your family already trusts. No in-house menu, no food minimums, no corkage-style surcharges for serving what you actually eat.

A kitchenette handles warming and plating. The aunties will handle quality control.
